How Refinancing Works

Once we’ve found the best option for you, we help you apply for the refinance, submit the necessary online forms, and guide you through the approval process. Once everything is in place, you’ll sign the new loan documents and enjoy your new terms!

Interest rates - Lower your interest rate or adjust your loan term to reduce your monthly payments.

Cashbacks - You can expect anywhere from 0.8% to 1% of the total loan value as a cashback. E.G. if you're borrowing $600,000, you could get up to $6,000 back.
